Kimberley offers both individual & executive team coaching, tailored to your needs and built upon her McKinsey Leadership experience. As well as bringing decades of practical experience she is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Kimberley can work with you in the following ways:
individual coaching is tailored to your needs, usually in a series of 3,6 or 10 sessions, either face-to-face or on Zoom
incoming executive coaching is most impactful face-to-face & builds a first 100 day plan
leadership team coaching journeys are designed to unlock excellence & create value above and beyond the contribution of any individual

Kimberley specialises where the challenges of infrastructure, energy, nature, net zero & climate risk hit the practicality of implementation. She can work with you as an independent strategic advisor, leadership facilitator or executive coach
Kimberley is Chair of Southern Queensland Landscapes and Non-Executive Director of Natural Resource Management Regions Queensland. She also advises AEMO Services Limited on project readiness and progress of renewables and storage projects.
She can work with you in three main ways:

by building a team with your people and adding some of our global constellation of collaborators

Kimberley Swords established Riffle Advisory after a long career in government and in advisory with Nous Group and McKinsey & Company.
Started in early 2024 Riffle builds on decades of experience in sustainability & environmental leadership in the public sector, in consulting and advisory, and in the development of the people who will change our world.
